Laura Graham started her karate training in 2005, earning her Shodan (first degree black belt) in 2008. She is a fifth -degree black belt and recently received her Level C Instructor Certification and holds a level D examiner certification. She is a Level B certified judge and has participated in numerous regional, national, and international competitions as both a competitor and judge. Throughout her career she has medaled in both the women's black belt and senior events. She enjoys running, reading, and spending time with her three sons and with her karate family.

Greg Esz started his training in 2005 at the age of forty-five, earning his Shodan (first degree black belt) in 2010. He is a fourth-degree black belt, currently enrolled in the Instructor Trainee Program, and a Level C certified judge. He has competed at the regional, national, and international levels. His hobbies include kayaking and fishing.​

​Tim Cofrancesco started training in 1982. He earned his Shodan (first degree black belt) in 1984. He is currently a Yondan (fourth degree black belt). He is a level D licensed instructor, a level B licensed judge, and is President of the Brown County Shotokan Karate Club. He competes at the regional, national, and international levels.
